    Injection Molding DFM Analyse

    DFM analysis is also known as Design for Manufacture report. After you confirm the order to us, our DFM engineer, designer, project engineer, and sales staff will meet together to discuss and finalize some details of this plastic molding part, such as where is suitable for gating, the ejection method,cooling channels, demoulding, etc. This can reduce our repeated communication with customers in the design and DFM phases, which greatly save you time cost.

    Sometimes,during the plastic part quotation step, our quotation engineer will also make simple DFM analyse for your reference like what is this plastic part concept and its layout.

  • Injection Mold Flow Analyse

     

    Mold flow analysis is very important when ready making one injection mold. Mold flow analysis can verify the reasonableness of the gate location, plastic part deformation, surface welding lines, and cooling channels. Through simulation adjustment, find the most suitable mold design plan and optimize the original design again and again.

     

    Normally,For relatively simple cold runner molds, usually we can provide mold flow analysis inside kewei. For more complex cold runner injection molds, we have a cooperation professional mold flow company which could provide this, and for hot runner molds, the hot nozzle company provides mold flow report.

    Before molding designing, we will learn whether you have your own design standards manualI. If so, we will strictly abide by your standards. If not, we will use our inner molding department design manual as the standard .     After finishing injection mold manufacturing,we will do injection mold trail as agreed T1 time with customer,sometimes customer will come on spot to checking,but sometimes if customer don't have enough time come. we will totally responsible for this and record what issues we met during mold trial. After mold trial,we will send you below files to detailed know what is status for this trial ：

    Injection Mold Shipping

    Before mold shipping,we will do fully checking for every detail of mold and then do cleaning,painting then fully packing like right pictures show. We have vacuum packaging and wooden packing two ways for choosing.

    • The detailed production plan will be drawn up and monitored by our project manager, who shall submit regular weekly reports to individual customer.
    • Our project managers speak fluent English and possess extensive experience & skill of mold industry, who assure customer non-barrier discussion regarding project.
